Breakfast at Cape Diem Lodge

Our in-house guests can begin each day with breakfast, served daily from 07:30 to 10:00. Start with a generous continental buffet, followed by a choice of hot breakfast dishes from our à la carte menu, each prepared with care. To complete the experience, our signature deluxe coffee is the perfect way to welcome the day in The Mother City.

Cape Diem Breakfast to Go

For guests departing early on a day excursion or to the airport, we are pleased to prepare a complimentary Breakfast to Go, ready to enjoy on the way. We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for orders.

Poolside Dining and Drinks

We offer a small yet thoughtful poolside menu, available daily from 12:00 to 15:00, for guests to enjoy around the pool or on the terrace.

Our wine list features a selection of local wines, spirits, and craft beers from renowned Cape estates and distilleries, complemented by soft drinks and coffees.

Complimentary Afternoon Tea

Each afternoon from 16:00 -18:00, guests are invited to enjoy our complimentary tea service, with a selection of teas and rusks - a much loved South-African tradition.

Sundowners

As the day drifts into evening, a sundowner from our Honesty Bar between 16:00 and 18:00 is the perfect start to your evening. Relax on the veranda with a crisp glass of Chenin Blanc or a Cape Town Gin & tonic, and ease into a relaxed Cape Town evening.

Breakfast was amazing. Calm and relaxing lodge and area of town. Still close enough for walks down to Waterfront or other parts of town.

Great spot, modern clean room with a lovely garden and views of the mountains. Fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff. Bianca was very helpful and made us feel at home. Location is perfect, quick walk to V&A waterfront and lots of restaurants within 2 minutes. Safe surroundings.
